Kitchen splashbacks nearly complete. We'll have light grout, so the final effect will look a little different.

A flurry of activity this week. Making some very steady progress on the internals.

Tiling Started.

It's been a busy few weeks. Waterproofing and tiling has started. It's starting to take shape.

Stairs

We have stairs. They appeared to go in within 1 day. looking great. The ceiling void to the loft looks good. They'll be painted white.

Internal Lining Commences...

...at an impressive pace. 2 days to sheet the whole house and roof. There's work required to smooth out all out, but the team has worked very quickly.

Some further progress this week on the weatherboards. Internal electrica rough out and aircon rough out also completed this week and some external downpipe connections were completed.

1 day of roofing and the sheeting is about half way there. The roofers should finish most of the rest by tomorrow and flashing should be complete early next week. It's good to see a lid on it so it can stay dry.

Bricks Complete

We lost a few weeks in the bricking phase, but we're done. All up, the bricks took ~5 weeks. They're looking generally good. There are a number of defective bricks that will need to be replaced. The plan is to do the brick clean and then inspect and address any defects. Roofing was meant to start this week. It's been delayed due to the incorrect fascia boards arriving on site. Hopefully it will resume quickly next week.
